Hey! As someone from Rajasthan, here's the correct way to eat dal bati churma: Start by breaking the bati (dough balls) into small pieces, then pour a bit of dal (lentil curry) over it. Id reccomend visiting kerala!! And in Maharashtra you should visit lonawala and the majestic forts here ❤ and about the forts, be careful over there. Most of them are on high mountains. You gotta be comfortable with heights and adventure for it.
