Foreigner Cooks FILIPINO FOOD For His FILIPINA Wife (For $4 Only)

As a foreigner in the Philippines, I love trying different food so I decided to cook Filipino food for my Filipina wife. On the menu today is beef salpicao, one of my favourite filipino dishes. Looks good. My favorite. When we drive the daughter to school in Naga City, we usually have family lunch at Biggs in Pili and they have good beef salpicao.
