Agnes, I was in Poland in Poznan for a week in October beginning, the people are so warm and nice, and they have so much comfort in their being in their existence, and so much youth, everyone enjoying their time, I bought handwoven wool caps and scarfs and ate alot of pierogi :) I felt very nice :) I wish you great time too :)

💥Claps & Circular motion is mandatory for the Garba celebration in Navratri. The word Garba has a derivation from the word Garbh (womb) for celebrating the feminine divine. The synchronized Claps represent the comfort of the heartbeats of the mother felt by the new life in the womb. The Circular motion represents the celebration of Life-Death-Re-birth cycles in the Sanatan kaal chakra.

@@AgnesMann The 9 nights of Garba represents the 9 months in the womb of the mother. Because it is a celebration of a new life, the dance has to be at night because the foetus can only experience so much light inside the womb of the mother.
