It's the same with Philippines citizens we move to America where making money is paradise to work paid overtime after earning million's of dollars we came back to retire cause it's cheaper and here is the place where happiness still exist.

I love this. It’s almost poetic yet it’s so inspiring and moving. It speaks deeply on how foreigners perspective in many different levels of moving to abroad. This is one of the best videos I’ve ever seen.

It depends really on your financial status, your finances, weather you are Filipino or foreigners or foreigNoy, if you worked hard enough during your younger age and saved quite a lot, invest or start a business if you are clever enough and have made a lot of money, anyone can afford a descent house or condo, it doesn’t have to be in BGC. Philippines 🇵🇭 is one country that you can have best of both worlds, a beautiful city life, stay few hours in the pool with your scotch on the rock or piña colada, and at night have your mates or girlfriend bar hopping or pubs/clubs etc or on the weekends just relax in many viewtiful beaches, surfing 🏄♀️ scuba 🤿 diving or mountain climbing the only thing you can’t do is snow boarding etc. It depends in your mood and the weather but a lot of things you can do in a tropical country like Philippines, just enjoy and stay safe

Hey Brian, I also live in BGC and me and my girl looked everywhere and I mean everywhere for me to be somewhere I could adapt to, Well I found it in BGC, I pay 32k month for a 1 bed apartment and my only complaint is that we really need a 2 bed but they are sooooooooo much more expensive, Anyways keep doing them videos as they’re a joy to watch ❤

The real Philippines: Island life, provincial life, urban life-or all of them. It's a free country, and everyone can choose their preferred way of living. Personally, I love the "all of them" approach. At the end of the day, it's the people that makes the life special.

"Pasensya lang po" is an expression in the Philippines you will hear often. Thats how we tend to tolerate the idiosyncracies in our beloved country.

one thing i have noticed about these philippine vloggers that like to travel the whole country? each new town they go to? looks almost identical to the last town they vlogged about. the ppl look and act the same.. the hotels look the same... the "food" places look the same.... the weather appears to be the same (hot and sunny... occasional storms) the stray animals look the same. now of course there are some minor differences... but as far as "fear of missing out"? i would have zero if i lived in BGC and visited boracay occasionally.

Bonifacio Global City (BGC), also known as "The Fort," is often referred to as a city due to its urban layout, infrastructure, and extensive development. However, BGC is technically a district within Taguig City in Metro Manila, Philippines. Enjoy the bustling city and everything it offers! Do what makes you happy. YOLO! 🌟😊

Just to add my 2 cents. Heating here in the US is so expensive, that it can pay for a $650 apartment alone.

Brian, welcome to the human race. When people are jealous they will do or say anything to subvert another human beings' success. ..F..k...them I say. I live the American dream and I'm actually doing quite well on the West Coast of the USA. I was born in the Philippines (Baguio City) and move to North America in my teens. I currently work for the biggest Aerospace ( Washington State) company in the world and doing well financially. Why do you think that many Filipinos go overseas to find work. You, certainly know the answer. The sad part is that those Filipinos/Filipinas who are left behind are jealous. I went to Boracay a few years ago; I have relatives there and their siblings are also OFW. My relatives told me that the people left behind would go to the big houses of these OFW and throw their garbage inside just for spite...imagine that...Live your life to the fullest I say. You earned it and you deserve it. I, however will not be able to move back to the Philippines and retire. I'm so use to the convenience, efficiency of North America and Europe, and like you I usually spend my Summer holidays in Europe. And it paid holiday from my work. ENJOY IT I SAY....American-Filipino here on the West Coast of the USA.😁😊
@Ghekko-kw3zz27 күн бұрын
Yep I migrated my wife & kids, sister in law, nephew, none have any interest in ever living in the Philippines again. Australia it's unlawful to underpay workers based on their place of origin, unlike OFW rip off scam countries.

Not all jungles in the Philippines is dangerous. The guy went to a backwars region or red zone area where Filipinos wouldn't go because it's a backward area infested with muslim extremists and criminals.

haha...pricing the locals out of a home? whoever made that comment to you isn't paying attention to what happened in the US. Why do they think we want to leave? We can't afford to live in our own country! We have no choice now...if one can go to a cheaper place...then one must go! Or should we be homeless in our own country? nope! time to leave
@troyl844127 күн бұрын
That is what the foreigners did to Bali they priced the locals out of a home. Locals could not even afford to buy a land because the foreigners flocking there inflated the land prices

Then you lack abilities. There are so many who say a lot of money can be earned here in the Philippines as long as you have the right education, knowhow and skills. My son and my daughter in law? They have made up their minds and have established themselves successfully in this country and are enjoying the fruits of their hardwork. Go ahead, go abroad and be an employee all your life. And I hope for your success.
