Just because I suggested an " Indian" movie to someone who in all probabilities white westerners and already watching one, for that I'm being tagged as someone with colonial mindset? I think you've recently learnt about these phrases or adjective(s) and you wanted to use it(in fashion to look cool), even though there was no need of it. Unfortunately most of us are brought up this way where we have colonial mindset and look for validation from west, especially white people.We are currently in transition period. Wait for another 10-15 years, with education and exposure this will slowly change. I have no problem if these people are doing it for views( 💵) as long as they don’t unnecessarily come up something which isn’t true and is agenda driven to damage India’s democracy and sovereignty. Dhruv rathee is white? Kaun jaat ho Ravish Kumar is a westerner? Abhishar Sharma is British? It’s very clear what these people are up to and what their motives are, Yet they get lots of views. Forget about everyone else even failed terror!st state of Pakistan is now bowing down to this and getting millions of views. if our staunch enemy which sends terror!st across our border and k!lls thousand can do this then I’m surely fine with these people who so far look genuine and friendly. It's a very strange phenomenon that sometimes, very rarely, the remake sounds better than the original one. Just like Kabir Singh is better than Arjun Reddy.

@@rkumar7254 well i dont agree with that. Devgn did justice to the character but you can't deny the og George kutty played by lal is the best. Eventhough im a mammootty fan, cant deny that lal was actually living as georgekutty. And yes i do agree that hindi drishyam was better in terms of quality because obviously it had better budget than malayalam one. But in terms of perfomances you have to give it to the og man. And ya remakes are gonna be "better" for you cuz you probably are a hindi speaking person. A tamil person would say papanasam is better. But as a fan of cinema, i would say that nothing beats the original.
