I have visited APS office in R K Khanna stadium in New Delhi. The situation at the office is very bad. Every day about 50-60 students are visiting. There are only 5-6 staffs to handle the whole applications all over India. The staff give some reasons and send back the students with a statement that they will send the certificate by post. No firm commitment how many days will take.

@Foreign Ki Duniya Please help us determine why they have kept the APS certificate fee so high (18k), if possible. If you look at the process, the embassy emails the candidates' universities to get the documents verified. Very few universities in India will ask APS for a nominal fee (Rs 100 to 200) in return for document verification. Rest are replying to the APS without asking any fee. Then why APS is charging students 18k? Moreover, they are taking so much time to process the certificates. There should be a limit on the fees one can demand from candidates. Thank you for your valuable time and efforts.

As many Students who want to pursuing their study in SS 2023,they have Admission letter but due to APS delay they do not reach on the timeline and they lost their chance in this intake.Yhis is very serious issue.Kindly ask them to provide temporary solution fo this problem. From my openion, Embassy provide E visa (which recive student within 1 week) for those students after receiving APS certificate or Atleast register student on behalf of APS tocken number and Uni Application Letter.

I think german embassy is just abusing us indian students .... 18k for the simple verification is an upsurd amount ...and they said they are overwelmed by the applications .... and they do not have enough staffs for receiving the documents for verification ...... they just are destroying life of innocent students who has to nothing with the fraudulence... i hope german embassy corrects it .....their process is such that they require 6+ months for verification...my professor and principal has replied but APS dint answer😢😢😢😢😢😢.... i hope more capable embassidor comes to resolve the isssue

Komal what about the students who want to apply for masters in germany while in their final year. Lot of universities accept application with 7 sem transcripts only so can we get APS certificate with 7 semester transcripts. And if we wait for our provisional degree for APS verification than we can miss the deadline because of time consuming aps procedure. Please solve this questions because no one is having answer to this and their are thousands of students who want to apply.

Thank you . For job seekers the process is very straightforward as the companies select the employee and give them work contract and government authorities don’t have any involvement in the process. The APS is introduced because many students provide fake educational certificate and move for studies in Germany, the government wants to control fake/illegal immigration.

That’s what I have asked and it’s communicated through this video to start APS as soon as possible when you decide to study in Germany. I know many students who have applied in Nov and they got their certificates in January 23. As mentioned in video by Dr Ackermann they are working on it.

Before initiating the process, there is no proper planning and consequences of the same after implantation. They should have offices in all metro cities and have proper advertisement of the process to become awareness of the same. But, regretfully, nothing has done and process had implemented in mandatory manner. Either, should not become mandatory or should have given some relaxation for first 1-2 semister. But no one is thinking about it. Students have become helpless and in stress due to this process. AN EARLY SOLUTION IS NEED AT THIS TIME TO AVOID SITUATION BECOMES FURTHER WORSENING.
