You can use electric plates for cooking powered by Solar plate installed rather than using gas cylinders

nice ergonomic designe and good workmanship, but few suggestions should have insulated inner body and sound proofing too since u surely travelling in extreme weather and vehicle choice could have gone with good example of toyota liteacs 4x4 which one can fetch half the price of Foreland having better ground clearance and gearing for long n rough travel ya and gap between bed and cooking stove is bit too close for comfort, these are my observations not being critical
