Here is what I propose as a Canadian: Put ALL Canada public and private business of the day into trusteeship and hire a private group under the guidance of Canadians and set up private independent internal and external investigations/Audits etc. until ALL corruption/R.I.C.O. corruption are brought to light and tried by tribunal. ... No government public officials involved ... and while we are at it check their "government officials OATH of OFFICE signed and witnessed and signed by attorney Affidavit as is required to serve in government.
