I can’t believe that all these beautiful female souls endured such brutal deaths due to the persistent arrogance of a task force that was not doing there job properly and following up on all leads especially the witnesses of him peeping into homes. This is just not good enough, and how exact was this psychics view of what he looked like and how he would continue to kill. I take my hat off to the forensics teacher for the end follow up and belief in the witnesses going so far as to do her own sketch artist picture of him. Shame on that police task force who should not even be doing the public this type of service or investigations.

Why didn't this talk about the survivor that was saved by her son interrupting the attack & fighting the guy? Or the phone cords? Or the DNA snapshot that was done that proved to the police that the FBI profile was incorrect based on genetics?

Just think if we would of made it mandatory at every child’s birth from the early days of the DNA breakthrough. We’d have a data base of nearly everyone from the last 30 years. Part of any immigration should be a requirement of giving a blood sample for everyone that applies to reside, immigrate, or become a citizen.
