Baguio city is a place where you can enjoy the convenience of urban living yet have access to nature at the same time. One of the most accessible trails is within the city itself, it is called Yellow Trail, and that’s where we are headed to. #baguio #cordillera #campjohnhay

Forest bathing means immersing oneself in nature. So it is not just a walk or a hike but a conscious or purposeful experience of the forest with all senses possible. Yellow trail is a perfect place to do forest bathing because this place is so calm and relaxing. I forgot that I was in the middle of a bustling city.

Baguio is a charming little city up north that is a popular destination among locals especially during the summer months. It is not just a holiday location, but also the center of government services, education, healthcare, and business among others in the cordillera region, thus many locals would flock to this tiny city making it a melting pot of different cultures. Most of the go-to places are around town, at a walking distance from each other. This and its cool weather makes it a very walkable city.

@@cathyslittlelife Hello Cathy, it took us about an hour because we stopped a lot and took our time to enjoy the trail.
