Seeing a brooding pair of Deinonychus away from the typical pack depictions is a nice change of pace. A social group doesn't always have to be a large group. In modern eagles both parents will team up on hunts as well as sharing the brooding duties.

This is incredible. It's not the animation, but the sense of realism. It's like taking a peek into the real world of the dinosaurs. I just noticed a small error when the parent dromaeosaur brought a kill to the chicks to feed. The dromaeosaur would inbed it's sickle claw into the carcass while ripping off flesh. But it's still good.

@@ultradragon999 hmmm which do? I am not aware of any saurischians who chewed greens. Ornithischians chewed, they had vertical cheekbones which point to cheeks, which are useful for holding food that is being chewed. They also had flexible jaws which are for chewing, but i never heard of a theropod or sauropod with this.

dude your animations are AMAZING! what i like the most is that you always make the models accurate and sometimes adding some speculative things like the air sacks on sauropods heads used to make soundsor the raptor that is able to mimic sounds of other dinosaurs to attract prey like a trap these characteristics are never discovered by paleontologist and scientists but its still a good speculative idea

at 0:32 you could make the end of the tail move as hes digging just to give it a more fluid appearance . but don't trust me cause i'm not an animator.

Their tails were stiff so they didn't move much, so the movement would come mostly from the hips

@@jamesathersmith2191 I know i know, what I mean is that people often exaggerate how stiff ornithischian tails were. They would be able to bend sort of like thin bamboo. Even a bit more flexible. It is still quite stiff compared to other animals but not like solid wood

@bigfatcarp93
@bigfatcarp93 7 жыл бұрын
That has nothing to do with it. Of course they could _swallow,_ swallowing and chewing aren't the same thing. But if you're going to eat tough vegetation, it needs to be mashed to a pulp before it can be digested. We do this by chewing, but sauropods used gastroliths.
