This performance is actually from the show Phantom Singer All Star. Forestella was the winner of Phantom Singer season 2. All Star featured the top 3 groups from all three seasons. 😊

It is a well known song originally written/sung by Jim Croce (circa 1973) for his wife who was expecting at the time. Unfortunately, I believe he passed away not too long after releasing it.

I really enjoyed your reaction to this classic from ‘73( happy to be corrected). As has been mentioned, it is by Jim Croce who originally wrote this song when his wife told him she was carrying their first child but he died in a plane crash before the child was born and the song had just been released. Very poignant in terms of the subject matter and the 2nd part is a twist by Forestella …not part of the original. FORESTELLA’s power and diversity and versatility on full display here!❤ Like Something From A Legend is a little different, their cover of EXO’s MAMA is epic, Lazenca, Save Us., Legends Never Die, …not sure which ones you’ve reacted to …new subscriber😊
