What is written @9:00 is from the Bible, Book of Genesis Chapter 2 verses 16 & 17. God told our very first parent Adam that he can eat every tree of the garden of Eden except the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. If he eats it, then he will surely die. The serpent tempted Eve and she was deceived by the devil and ate that fruit and gave it to her husband Adam. When the devil tempted Eve, she slightly misquotes it in Genesis chapter 3 verse 3 God's original command given earlier. She adds the word if you touch it, you will die. That's understandable because Eve did not hear God directly but through her husband Adam (She was made after Adam when God took the rib out of Adam and made her). I suppose when she touched it and nothing happened, she ate it believing the lies of the serpent. Any way that's when sin entered into human race and death came. Entire human race through Adam and Eve also became slaves to Satan, and he also rules the earth through our sin because God originally gave the earth to human race. When we became slaves, what we owned also becomes the property of the slave master. The reason why God sent His only begotten Son Jesus Christ to earth is to die for our sins on the cross so we can have forgiveness of sins and eternal life through Christ and only through Him. It is not only for missing hell and going to heaven when we die, but also to break Satan's legal right to keep humanity in bondage and slavery while we are alive here on earth. Jesus paid all the ransom so those who receive Christ as their Savior and Lord are no longer bound by Satan, death, or penalty of sin. Jesus paid them in full when He died upon the cross 2,000 years ago. He died and was buried and rose again from the dead on the third day!
