Song So-hee is a very famous "PANSORI" singer. [pronunciation of A in here is same as A in PITTA😊] I will try to make you clear. "GUKAK" is Korean 'traditional' music style, that is opposite meaning of the western music. "PANSORI" is one of singing style in "GUKAK" and PANSORI is most common way to sing. Song So-hee is not a pansori singer. She is a Gyeonggi folk song singer. If you think of pansori easily, it is a one-person musical. pansori singer leads the play by acting, singing, and explaining the content by herself. What Song So-hee has sung since she was a child is a traditional Gyeonggi folk song. It is a traditional folk song sung in Seoul & Gyeonggi area of Korea. Among the crossover groups, there is a pansori singer. It is Ko Young-yeol from RabidAnce.
