If you have a fridge and freezer why don’t you just put the meat into the freezer or even fridge? Just curious. I put everything into my fridge and freezer. ??

I think it was just for pickling the meat. I think it has to be left out of fridge or freezer for the the pickling process.

Pork preserved in salt is one of their favorite foods just as it is here in the US. The difference is that we hang the meat while it is being preserved rather than cutting and storing it in jars.

@@gaylecoffey3313 I’m from Australia and we really don’t do much in preserving meats except for salami’s etc. but we even do vegan substitutes which you can buy in the meat section. Yes I thought it strange too.

Your roof and yard look really nice, a pressure washer is a great idea, especially in your rainy climate. I live in the Pacific North West of the USA and it's a wet climate also. We have lots of the same issues as where you live, but without the heat for the most part. It's too bad you can't put your tractor up under your storage shed roof next to the shredder. That would keep the rain off and help keep it from rusting. Your property is looking really good Dau, you and Tu are doing such a great job😊. Sending both of you blessings from a friend in the US❤
