Looks like you did a good job. I don't think 4 hrs is even close to enough time for a job that big.

The customer told me to get as much done as I could in that time. That’s all he could afford. I’ll be back to finish sometime in the future when they get the funds! Thanks for the comment!

@@honeycuttsbrushmore3244 That makes sense. How much do you charge per hour?

How well does the cooling system on the machine handle the mulcher?
@honeycuttsbrushmore32442 жыл бұрын
It handles it very well in the time I’ve had it. I run it most days 6-10 hours (a full tanks worth of fuel) with no issues.

Do you think the standard glass is sufficient? Or need extra protection from flying debris?
@honeycuttsbrushmore32442 жыл бұрын
You definitely need a protective glass. I’ve broken the front windshield due to an errant rock or tree limb and it’s not a cheap fix. 1/4 inch lexan is what I use.

Depends on the job, size, and what they’re willing to pay. I will accommodate to the customer and make sure they are happy. If we can’t come to an agreement that’s ok too. At the end of the day the customer gets the final say!

Hey Lance, I am Brady. I am fixing to pull a trigger on a Jcb 3T. And I’m thinking about going with the Vernig forestry head. have you had any issues with the machine overheating? Do you happen to know what GPM the forestry head you’re using in the video is?

40 gpm and yes it overheats in the summer regularly in the heat if you run it wide open. Running at 80% it’s not an issue. So keep that in mind in hotter days.

Hey lance u really need to put ur cam on top of the jcb. Not only will it save u time by not having to move it around all the time and missing bits but it would also save u money by not running over ur tripod. U can’t run it over when it’s on the roof of the jcb. The only thing u would have to watch out for is low lying branches and from what I’ve seen of ur videos uve never had the brush hit the roof of it. It would also make ur videos a lot more exciting to watch. I’m just trying to help u out some dude. Good work tho on what u done. Keep the good times rolling mate 🤙😎🇦🇺
It’s too bad you don’t have a kill switch for the back up alarm when you’re working all alone and there’s 100% nobody else around. That thing would drive me crazy 🤪

I actually unplugged it! Got tired of the beep myself!
