Kyla idolizes Mariah so much. It did not surprise me that she’s able to nail it. So far, she’s the only one in the Philippines who’s able to perform it with flying colors, sticking with how Mariah did it - riffs and runs, whisper tones, low registers, falsettos and high notes.

this is a very tough and demanding song of Mariah Carey which she used to sing, during her prime, with ease. however, kyla did an amazing rendition of it because it requires plenty of breath control and shifting from one note to another. No diva sang this song or ever or would ever try to sing this as close I think as of Kyla since kyla has that thin airy voice of Mimi. kudos!👏👏👏

Hi everyone! I think this girl from the Philippines is doing good job. Although she doesn't even hit a glimpse of Mariah's performance, not even close but she's way better than many artists who tried to sing MC's songs and failed miserably. She has an acceptable singing style and she tries to make the song as good as she could but around 3:24 of the song she messed it up with a clear dissonance. In conclusion and no matter what, Mariah Carey is an Iconic star and ultra professional vocalist that is really hard to imitate or to even get close to.

+Today's a Good Day 18 I don't think it was an off key. The quality of the vid is poor, so is the sound. This, in a way, debilitated her resonance but she wasn't off key. The fact that she does quick switching of natural voice to headtone, from headtone to chest is very amazing. She may not sound MC as obviously whence you base your standards to being a "good" singer. Nonetheless, I think this girl would slay the heck outta MC's wretched voice box.
