I buy toner from Alibaba, just search white toner for OKI 711WT there are many option, but takes time to change drum, you must have good vacuum to do it, and good filter, if not toner will go everywhere

You need a white toner and transfer paper dark no cut Or if its a simple design then you can user standard transfer paper and cut it with cutting machine like cameo or graphtec
