A V part requires less hair to be left out. A U part leaves out about 4 inches vs a V part leaving 1-2 inches.

@Fhdjdosksbwidi I think it depends on the texture of your hair vs the texture of your wig. Also length, thickness, color, etc. There's several factors to consider. Most of all what works for you. For example, you wouldn't want a kinky curly u-part wig, and your own hair is thin and relaxed. Hope that helps.
