I have one question, what will happen to supply/demand area if the price went through it? Is it has the same principal as support/resistance which the resistance will become support if price went through it
@forexbee2 жыл бұрын
It will become invalid. Supply and demand does not work like support & resistance. Both are different concepts. We'll explain it in detail in the upcoming videos.

@@forexbee I see, cant wait to watch next video 👍, BTW, supply/demand appears on every timeframe right? Does the supply/demand on higher timeframe is "stronger" that lower timeframe?

@@Dean.Michael.Winchester I'd like to know too but it seems to make more sense that HTF hold more weight. Think about it. If you spot a demand zone on the 1 hour and you zoom into the 5m chart......i don't think the demand zone there would be as strong as on the HTF. But hey i could be wrong.

Thanks for the video but I don't fully agree with your analysis, I don't think that's all about weak and strong zones, I use those same "weak" zones and it does work just as much as the "strong" would or fail sometimes too. How do you determine that it's a valid zone if you didn't allow it time to return for a retest? What if you go in after seeing those immediate come back candles and then it goes all the way against you? Supply and demand is broad but easy IMO. I think it all depends on each trader knowing how to approach their system and manage their trades well. However I must say that I learned some new stuff from watching your videos, thanks and well done.

Thanks for the comment. But dear, it is common sense that traders will not keep thier pending positions open for a long time. By the time, traders will keep on deleting pending orders because it's psychological that it is very hard to wait. Let's say you open a pending sell position. but market kept on moving up and didn't fill your pending sell order. then obviously you'll delete that order and move on to other trade setups. it's psychological and it makes sense. On daily timeframe, obviously you'll not wait for months... On the weak zones, you should add a confluence of candlestick pattern of any other confluence to make it high probability zone. Thanks ❤
