When you select something that can build, look at the building selection. On top of the building screen you will see five icons. I, II, III, Q and 2 squares. Select the Q (Or cirle with a line). Now you will see the building list for experimental. Note: You can only do this with an Tech 3 enginering suite (for example Tech 3 engineer)

that experimental can deploy . into an even more dangeres experimental it schoots as far as the cybran rapid fire experimental when its deployed but it can't move then .
