Forged VQ37VHR build part 22, outer timing cover and upper/lower oil pan

This will be the first built VQ37VHR that i'll document. I'll toss in every bit of information so that maybe more people will feel a bit less intimidated by building these themselves. This will be released in multiple parts since there's a lot to cover, so please sub to stick around to see the rest! Time for another VQ owner to go fast!
Part 22 will be a quick overview of installing the outer timing cover and the key spots that sealant is required. At the end we'll toss on the upper and lower oil pan. Hopefully some of you get some ideas from this vid. Comment with suggestions! Thanks!

Doing this on a g37 awd. Does the upper oil pan need to come out to remove the rear timing cover?

No, you can leave it but be careful when you pull the covers because the pins don't leave much room for movement.

I have a 2013 Fx50 s and need to get a motor rebuild for it. Are you able to refer me to anyone that rebuilds those FX 50 motors the V50

If it's for a daily driver, i'd highly recommend finding a salvage low mileage engine with a warranty and having it installed local to you.
