I mean parasites is an insanely imbalanced mod. Without revives it's literally impossible since there are completely invisible enemies, enemies that teleport basically on top of you, enemies that can hit you through walls with magic damage, and all the enemies have insane health and damage that also scales up over time.

@@Proximitytwo Not impossible, but basically the whole point of the mod right now is not to survive it, it's to see how long you'll be able to survive it It's not like Sculk Horde where you can end the infestation. You have ways to go back a little bit, but passed a certain stage, it's only a matter of time until you just die, no matter how good you are at the game (technically there are ways to survive it for as long as you want, but it's like any other mod, and it would be pointless to play it this way) Of course you can survive it if you have other mods like OreSpawn with it, but it's just because OreSpawn is insanely unbalanced and has swords with over 400atk damage

If anyone is confused, sean misspoke the beckon stages. There are FOUR stages of beckon and there is no fifth stage. the first stage is spawned by killing other parasites and gradually grows to more stages depending on the evolution phase. the fourth stage beckon spawns the "node" or the block that spawns the parasite biome.

little tip. If you hear the damage sound change when a parasite gets hit, it means it has adapted to your weapon. Means you have to change to a different type of weapon. For example, it will become immune to an iron sword that was used against it, but a diamond sword will still work. No item is immune to adaptation

One small little tip! There's a few things called "Bobmazon" books. If you've gotten a specific achievement you can craft the book that's named after the achievement, eg. "Bobmazon Materials" and buy things from the book using bottle caps. The bought items are sent down from an orbiting Bobmazon station.
