minecraft was one of the only video games i was allowed to play as a kid. i spent so many hours frolicking with my dad and sister, building and goofing around. i've long since passed the torch to my brother, who enjoys it now much more than i do. i stopped playing minecraft frequently because it lost its simplicity, which was its charm. i'm not one for dwelling on old ways or missing how things once were, but minecraft was something i cherished as a child and it's no longer what i grew up adoring. it's a behemoth now that outgrew me, as i outgrew it. i'll always love minecraft, but it serves no purpose for me anymore. one day, i might boot up my childhood xbox 360 so i can get a taste of the nostalgia i no longer feel playing modern minecraft.

Today felt really weird for me. Usually I have a set schedule that I always follow (going to the gym, homework, etc.) But I broke that schedule today, and now I feel really down on myself. I've been skipping the gym way more than usual recently, which really upsets me. I have a lot of ambitions, but sometimes I feel like I'll never get to where I really want to be, and that scares me. I'm in a weird spot though. My life situation isn't bad, I have a house, a family, and food to eat every day. So I just feel weird that I feel upset. Almost like I'm not allowed to be upset since I'm not in a bad place externally. I'm not too sure what to do right now. I don't know if I need rest, or if I'm just doing too much every day. But I can figure it out I'm sure. I never leave comments on videos, but this music and vibe really makes me feel like commenting. (also the axolotl died like 3 times while I typed this, RIP x3)
