Apparently Greggs are trialing drone deliveries, mate...pie in the sky idea if you ask me👀🤔🙄🤷‍♂️😁! They look lush, fella🤤. Good job👨‍🍳. Usually just skin me favourite bangers and wrap in puff pastry, but will defo give these a go. Liking the brie idea, but might go for Branston 'cos we prefer it to cranberry. Bacon and cheese turnovers are good if you've got spare puff pastry. The trick is to use a bit of Dijon mustard to bring out the cheese flavour.

Bre and stuffing mix, intresting twist, my pastry on the inside i spread a thin layer of English mustard to give it a kick but I'm not a cranberry fan, ive never done stuffing in the meat but i do add sage to it witch I'm presuming that stuffing had in it

Id just add real sage, abit of black pepper, maybe abit of garlic, to the meat. Instead of cranberry, apple sauce would be a nice alternative too. If its home made, i think its always more special than shop bought, and therefore worthy for a holiday special dish, having cranberry in isnt the christmasy part, its the fact its a specially prepared dish.

They were fine, I worked one many years ago at a frozen food factory, they cleaned out the massive freezers they had and massive lumps of beef which had been in there for 8 years, a lot of the blokes. Took them home cooked them and they were perfect, as long as they are wrapped well and don’t have freezer burn they will last for years 👍🏻 Merry Christmas have a good one 👍🏻

Andy my first job when i was 17 in 1978 was working in a pork scratching factory i remember the blocks of 40kg frozen pig rinds that came from Sweden i think it was?? We used to boil them in oil then flash them in very hot oil to make the hard crunchy scratchings as we know. I remember it was a big thing if we found a big lump of pork attached to the rinds which was tender and scrummy👌 How long that pork had been frozen for i have no idea but i survived and i still love scratchings! perhaps we both have cast iron guts 🤣 p.s you and yours have a good crimbo 🎄, Chas. @@fatandy

Andy you should only have things in the freezer for upto 3 months not 3 years 😂

😂😂 nothing wrong with them, we cleared big lumps of beef out of the freezers several years ago at Birds Eye and their was meat in there nearly 9 years old, took some home thawed it cooked it nothing wrong with it as long as it hasn’t got freezer burn 😂👍
