I can't really express how I feel but here's a try. I was so troubled with the consequences of my sins and how I was being punished by it, the devil was whispering and accusating me that I should give up Christ and that there wasn't a way. Then I felt inside of me and opened KZbin and this was the first video that showed up and was precisely what I was looking for and he spoke to me inside my heart and this amazing peace filled my heart, a peace that nothing in this earth can compare to. We're all so focused on our own desires and selfish ambitious that we don't realize that God's plans for us are greater than we think they are. I'm no better than anyone in fact I'm worse, when Jesus spoke to Saul I heard him speaking to ke: "why do you persecute me?." And I realized how bad I was. Praised be the name above all names, Jesus Christ and the Father, Christ loves you brother thank you for this amazing work. Amem and amen.

I had same problem for years, sometimes staying up all night because of it. I don't know if you have already tried it, but the "tennis ball sciatica relief" massage helped me. If you try it, try on the non-painful side first and it should be done as gently as possible. Just make slow controlled and gentle movements, try to avoid hard pressure. God bless you!
