Of the may things we can forget on a boat, never forget the drain plug! 😮

Nice to see it almost done. I turn on headlights and put on 4 way flashers when checking trailer lights. All the lights can be checked in one pass.

Man this s***'s way out of my league everything my boat and my motor is out of the early seventies this doesn't really help me at all but I still will watch the whole video

Excellent video! Pro tip: when testing the trailer lights , turn on the hazards and you only have to check the back once, rather then checking each turn signal separately.

Aaron you did such an amazing job on that hull. It shines like its brand new. With that said I would have definitely changed the strips along the waterline. And you can cut the sides off that anchor stock to make it fit into that small holder.

You left the DC charger in Power Supply mode when you want it in charge mode. Go into the settings and select battery charger mode, then put what type of batteries you have. It will set itself up with the proper float voltages for the batteries you have. Also, take their jumper wire out and put in a relay that’s actuated by the ignition switch. When on, the charger will do its thing and when off, the charger will shut down. You can also wire a separate switch if you wish. When checking trailer lights, just turn the parking lights and hazard lights on. This will check everything in one shot.

For 20 bucks you can have a sign shop make custom FL numbers for you. Any color and any font and straight as an arrow with proper spacing

I like to turn on my flashers/hazards. You can check both turn signals at once

Putting the fire extinguisher next to fuel /water separator I believe is not a good decision. It needs to be away from the a fire source if needed! Just my opinion!

Crazy you’re still setting up the wiring and computer. The wireless connections to my phones never seem to work on the first try.

You might want to blur out your registration when it's on camera, it has your drivers license # on it.

Have you considered an auto hook up like Boat2Trailer? What's your opinion of those...I usually fish alone and am considering for convenience.
@BornAgainBoating8 күн бұрын
I have not ever used one, I know of that one and the Drotto, but I've never used it. The idea is great! But I would also think about the ramps you use, seems like on certain ramps it might be a pain, like on ramps that aren't the steep at the beginning and you gotta back down into the water and then push the boat up on the trailer and crank it up to set it, how does it work there? But love the idea, just never used one before :/

@@BornAgainBoating Very true, steepness of the ramp(s) is a definite factor...I was thinking more of the B2B because of the stainless steel construction. At 77 climbing over the gunnels is more challenging (at times) than it once was!
