As a betrayed woman married 38 years, I need this over and over. I need to forgive the mistress who stole my husband and my family and life as I once knew it.. I need to forgive my ex spouse. Than I need to forgive many others who didn’t react the way I needed. What a mess to unravel! Thank you for the grace. Thank you Holy Spirit! I give Love now to Jesus as my spouse ! He’s never coming back

Sr Miriam, I've been praying on & off most of the day with your meditation...& have finally had a break thru...but again I feel stuck as God revealed that I've been placing blame on one Dr because I knew his name, & the one I need to forgive is nameless to me...so I guess I'm scared to forgive him because I don't know for sure who I'm forgiving ...Come Holy Spirit...( I'm not even sure I should be writing this, but I need prayer support I think)

Friend, why not call him “the nameless doctor” when you pray. His given name does not need to be known in order for the act of forgiveness to occur in your heart. I hope this helps.

If I keep forgiven the people that hurt me and be patient, I keep stuck in the same cycle, and for me I'm done I. This life we have balance our hearts to know when to harden, and when to open up,plus it's God the one who forgives not me ,with me it's just over I will not deal with any person or have compassion, when they play around and don't give you straight answers!

When I was angry at the Father, I went through this meditation with the Father by my side. When we got to the Cross, I kneeled and the Father stayed standing. The Father beheld His Son on the Cross and was proud of Him. The love I felt between them was so great and fulfilling it washed away my anger at the Father. It almost seemed to me like they were just glad I was there. If you're still feeling angry at God, ask Him to walk with you and heal you of this anger. He will. God Bless you.
