Those 90s elements you referred to as quirky and tacky, I would say are vibrant and unique. A lot of modern architecture is white on beige boxes. I like the oddness from back then. Great summary of the history of the mall, though. Your video and audio quality are great too. Subscribed.

I really enjoy those elements as well.. i use tacky as a fun-natured compliment more than anything else. Have a look at my profile picture, I sometimes specialize in tacky. :-) Thank you very much for the sub and also appreciate your commenting on the video and audio quality. I try.
