Woww this could bring foreigners to tour Lagos State and Badagry thereby bringing in foreign exchange and contributing to local people's economic activities.

The foreigners who live in lagos don't have time to visit these areas unless the government build a bridge connecting it to other key towns in lagos

Nigeria is an unpredictable society and unstable government, too much tribal sentiments, however, Badagry people should develop it so the Lagos state government or federal govt will not demolish it.

But if a Nigerian citizen comes and invests and builds it up, tomorrow they will claim it is government land and tear it down.Better it is left this way

“Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt. Just listen to yourself, as only an insane person buys land without doing due diligence while observing the law and practice of that land

You meant Igbo investment. We actually don't want Igbos investment in Lagos as the state has enough resources to embark on such project if need be.
