This gravesite is called Robinson Cemetery on FindAGrave and shown to be in Bogart, Oconee County, Georgia does that sound about right? It shows 63 memorials. Thanks for giving me the clue for Thomas S and Lydia Robinson. Preserving these old gravesites is important. Thanks for doing your part in preserving the history. Recording the names and dates would help geneologist so much in the event you find someone that was missed in prior visits. Keep up the great work. Your site will catch on as more find out you record names and dates. Also, do you have a contact email for your channel? It would be great if you posted it even if you create one on gmail or other internet mail site just for your channel.

I try not to 'advertise' the locations/names too much. These places can be fragile and there are lots of people who would not be so kind to them.

@@Exploring-The-Way I understand what you are saying, but as an amateur genelogist knowing the names and dates is very important to me and other genealogist especially when you are trying to track down lost ancestors. Don't care if you don't publish the location. Who knows you could run across a cemetery that has not been documented and would be forever lost if you don't say anything. If it is on private land just say so.

I'm just seeing this video. Not sure if you're interested, but I used to live in Waverly Woods on the east side of Athens, back in the 80's. I was about 8 or 9 wandering way out in the woods behind my house and came upon a very old cemetery. It was in a kind of open place with tree canopies that kept it sheltered. Nothing else was around then. I've always been curious about it and who the graves belonged to.

I'm always interested in such places. Do you remember the nearby roads or anything else to make it findable?
