Ohh! Poor Alfie! Chris’s dog passed away last summer. I miss her so! She was the most tender hearted dog. Such love would ooze out of her eyes when you petted and loved on her. When she was a puppy she would sleep at my feet so we got pretty close. It’s hard to lose our furry ones. I guess because they love us without thought. Give alfie a hug from me❤️

Oh, you made me laugh when you couldn't find your scissors! I totally understand - I cleaned, reorganized, sorted and condensed my craft room - and now I can't find anything! I told my husband that once you pass a certain age you just can't be rearranging and moving things!! I spent yesterday trying to find where I put my mummy cloth. Finally found it unexpectedly pretty close to where I used to keep it - but I had put it in a different container and didn't remember. Oh my - the fun we have - each day is a new experience and with any luck at all - we'll remember them!! Cathy from Ohio

You could use the bigger pieces for wrap around page pockets. So you can see both sides instead of glue one part down. I know you like writing space. But the smaller pieces can be written on. Love your video. I'm glad you said it's ok to use original sometimes. Especially when you can only scan an item 8 1/2 wide on our printers. Love your joyful vibes coming off of you. Good evening Gayle, I have a box full of sheet music? I am going to town on the whole box in the morning! I have been in the throws of winter inventory and sorting all of the paper and ephemera and journal making tools. This is the perfect reward for cleaning since after thanksgiving ..with time off for Christmas. I am downsizing from two rooms of art and journal making tools and stuff to one and a back sun porch. Love love love - so envious as a musician to see these gorgeous blue graphics, please scan the journal cards for a digi. I know everyone would love them. The borders would make great washi type strips. You know, that music from the Boston Mass - Shubert etc was in MASH - Maj Charles Emerson Winchester the third, played those tunes on his gramophone player! A blue music journal would be great - song titles and lyrics that have moved us! It's the music in me - it just makes me want to move! Encore! - a note from Helen in NZ.

Good morning Gayle! ❤ Love the crunchy brown pages. Yummy! Sorry I missed the music bundles, like I need more … 😂 Sorry Alfie is feeling poorly. Last time I took my cat for a checkup the vet said, “how’s the old girl been doing?” At first I thought he meant me. 😂 My cat is 10 and still think of her as a young kitty. 😊 She’s fine, but pets lives are too short. 😢 We had some snow last weekend (first in years). Supposed to drop into the teens several nights next week. I am now done with the ‘real’ winter experience. I want my southern winter experience back. 😊 Have a great Friday! ❤

Hi Gayle! I printed out Rachel's Botanical Digitals then backed them with Luise's "Brushed Blossoms" digitals. I also printed out Rachel's Tags & backed them with her coffee & tea-died papers. Now I'm deciding what cover & inside I want for the journal cover. Plus I'll make journal cards from some of Rachel's other digitals! (And I might make a Journal Topper out of those papers, too!!) Fun, fun! I love that you're giving the music covers new life.

Thank for sharing this, I have never used the covers, but then I've never emptied one either🤔 It's so hard when our pets get older. We have a 17 and 12 year old chihuahua mixes, the 17 year old loves kids, but is just too frail for the 20 month old grandson and the 12 year old does not like little people at all. For Christmas my daughter got a medium size 8 month old who loves my grandson and he loves her. The puppy was also for the older two as my grandson now leaves them alone. It's a lot between the puppy and the 17 year old, who has dementia 🤦‍♀ As long as he is not in pain we will do whatever needs to be done so he can live the rest of his life happy. Thank you for keeping us updated on Alfie.

I’m dog sitting also. She’s not too horribly old, but she has problems with her pancreas so she can only eat her prescription dog food and nothing else, no treats, nothing, no matter how much she sits and begs and cries but, she seems to be happy with just a couple of her little pieces of prescription kibble as a treat. She got trained that she got a treat when she was a good girl and went outside to go potty when she was being potty trained so now she thinks every time she goes outside she should get a treat. Sometimes she pretends she’s going outside, but if you don’t hear the flap on the dog door, she’s lying.
