Application of a "counter" not only counts as use of a skill, it's counted as a use of a *stance* skill. I made this observation back when Margaret was a viable DPS, and I ran her alongside Green Estarossa.

Yes It does proc back when Im using chandler counter to have Margaret passive max because back then I don't have Goddess team to use so I just use chandler and just wipe with Margaret with ggowther rank up

Ludo marg ult debuff not just to block the effects , it decrease damage taken from ults by 30% as well .

With Red Sariel your stats get more increased but you will need a lot of time and luck to achieve both Eli's and Margaret's (specially Margaret since she would be the only character with a buff card) passive. You will need a lot of turns for that And, with Green Sariel, you won't have that stats increase but both passive's will be charge in 2 turns and with both passive you get stats increase In conclusion, I think Green Sariel is a better option
