It's definitely a very fascinating place with a lot of cool creatures and civilizations. I have an underdark playlist if you are interested. @@Lorepaedia I finally found it. They are called Diopsids. They love metalwork but tend to lack the ability to make any themselves, so they work as mercenaries for other races and their language is done through flashing their lights. They don't have a written language which is what hinders their technological development (hence why they tend not to be able to make their own metal work). The Diopsids love intermingling with other races and tend to live in caverns that have a mix of different people in them.

There is a huge lack of baldur's gate 3 specific lore specifically talking about connections to the actual d&d lore that they put in. It would be cool to see someone do that.

Yeah I want to do something like this eventually, I'm trying to figure out how to do it without spoilers (or at least being up front about it) and I think the format would need to be a bit different to account for the branching narrative possibilities.

The comic book about Trap is called Honor Among Thieves: The Feast of the Moon. Apparently they made like a bunch more DnD movies after that terrible DnD movie that made me never see any more DnD movies. Anyway, they made that comic for one of the new movies (which by the way are apparently pretty decent) and it looks pretty good!

Idk if youve ever got this critique before but its about the audio. I think the music is *just a bit* too much louder than you. And i think you sound echoey. Idk if its the room or the mic. Happy content making ❤❤❤ hope this helps a lil bit maybe
@LorepaediaАй бұрын
Yeah thanks for the feedback. I will try to do a better job balancing the narration and music. I've done about all I can to mitigate the echo in my recording space, but I will see if there is any other post-processing I can do.

@Lorepaedia if it makes you feel better the echo is not that bad. A lot of creators record in a closet but ik that isnt an option for everyone lmao

God, Myconids are cool, but they just remind me of how D&D can be TOO fantastical. Go try to be in a pirate game, meet a captain, not a single human anywhere to be found, every GD race is represented though, and of course, random myconids spattered about, like "Nah, nope, dude the game is over, the demographics are *ed"
