TOO BAD CHASING LIFE HAS BEEN CANCELLED. (Don't you hate when shows are cancelled and disappear unexpectedly? The producers were hoping to make a series finale in which April learns all treatment options for her cancer have failed and are exhausted. She would then return home for the inevitable and to say her final goodbyes to her family & friends. Her family would be at her bedside in hospice as she took her last breath. The final scene would be of her funeral. The producers were about to begin production on the finale, but ABC family had no interest in airing it, and the finale was cancelled.
