Forjas del Salnés

The Gourmet Hunters team made a wonderful trip to Cambados, in Pontevedra (Galicia), where we had the pleasure of a private visit to Forjas del Salnés.
Listening to Rodri Méndez's vision about the wine production in the Rías Baixas appellation and working side by side with small winemakers was incredible. The small production of whites and reds with the help of his friend Raúl Pérez is wonderful. Rodri never stops experimenting and we can say that he is one of the leaders in the Rías Baixas.
