I think the mechanic would be you can cook a special dish with three tomatoes for which you gain access to the tampon bucket, a special place where you gain abilities related to business but that actually has nothing to do with the cooking.

This is a beautiful game. Because in reality, even though restaurants compete with one another, there's a bit of some camaraderie with restaurants in the 'trade' aspect. Pretty nifty.
