what about in cases where you are given the height of the bigger part of the frustrum without being given the slant height ,how do you approach that question ??

In order to find the small L I thought after finding 40 you square it plus the radius of the smaller circle squared then find the root ,I'm confused.and the same after finding the bigger L,aki explain plz when do you find square roots when calculating slant heights I'm confused
