Anyone using for turbo downpipes or these not able to withstand the temps?

We use them on our turbo manifolds and end up replacing the shields every 4-6 months. The downpipe shields seem to hold up a little better but the fiberglass does burn right off. They definitely do the job but will eventually burn through. Keep in mind these are race cars that run up to 2 hours at a time.

@@aaautosportyou should leave on the first layer after it burns off, then add the new one on top. Should stop the layer from burning off.
