Thank you for this detailed instruction. I have a question: If a self-petitioner is a Ph.D. student in the U.S., not on OPT, and does not have a job offer while still pursuing their Ph.D., can we put “N/A” for Part 6?

@SamEskandariNasab Part 6 is basic information about proposed employment. You can't put not applicable N/A. Your proposed endeavor must align with what you put there. The question is not about past or current situation but future in USA.

@ The right one is 5-No 6-Yes them you will pay $300. Or else if you say No, No, ready to pay $600

I am applying from Pakistan for EB2 NIW premium processing, and the total fee is $2805. What should I write in sections 5 and 6? I heard that the asylum fee is included in the total. Please provide guidance. Thank you.

The answer to 5 is No, to 6 is Yes. The Asylum will be $300 but if you say 5-No, 6-No it's $600. The total fee is $3820 (Premium processing-$2805, I-140-$700 Asylum fee $300)
