I showed my surgeon my vaccination card proving I took all required vaccines just need 2nd dose for 2 of them. But he want me to do all of them again and I’m suspicious he just want to charge me more money not for medical purposes but business wise. What should I do please?

Testing positive for hepatitis B should not bar you from receiving an immigrant visa. You should make sure you are receiving the appropriate treatment.
