HI Hussain! In open water, I believe the data is from the watch regarding distance, pace and hr. In my experience it was very precise, even HR with a garmin 945 ✌️

Hi, how did you get on with them ? Can you load your own workouts too? I am doing TT MŌTTIV app plan and would be good to load the swimming workouts from him.

Hey G U! How is the mottiv platform for workout? I love taren and what he’s doing. As far as loading them in the goggles, I don’t think you can do that. They have a paid subscription service with workouts, but I understand what you are looking for and don’t think it’s doable right now. Maybe sometime soon in the future you might be able to build your own workouts

@@PatrickDelorenzi thanks Patrick! It would be great to load one’s custom workouts. As to Taren’s work on his app it is helping me bring some structure and I like I don’t have to plan my workouts and have videos for the yoga and strengthening workouts catered for triathletes. There is room for improvement for minor things like making the videos downloadable and the comments/chats searchable but otherwise very happy with guidance and support. Will find out more as I am only on my 3rd week.

Unfortunately not for now! I agree it would be super useful, something like a gps track to follow like on the bike

This function will make this product a real game changer！sighting is one of things makes me slow in the open water. If Garmin watch is linked for GPS, then Form should be able to show altitude and longitude in the real time, then it should be able to give the swimmer the direction! I have a Form goggle and look forward to this function! Thanks for sharing! Nice video!

How does it track HR? Many times the watchv is worn on the wetsuit. Great content!

Hey Bjorn! Thank you for the comment - I believe in order to track HR, the watch must be worn underneath the wetsuit for the optical hr sensor to get a reading. I usually wear it underneath now because of this, and plus with the goggle's display i can see everything there : )
