Format4 H80 CNC nesting with FixChip joiners

i use cabinet vision software and getting a h 150 next month, how do you recommend i get this fix chip process done. should i switch software ?

I am pretty sure that Cabinet Vision can perfectly integrate those FixChips as a sub-programm in the postprocessing towards the H150 machine, the only part you should consider is the nesting software. When you also manage the nesting-process within your own software I'am not sure how they can manage this joiners efficient in your nesting process. With Format4 F4-nest we have a perfect option which can manage those types of joiners in your nesting results. If you ordered F4-nest with the machine please ask your Felder representative if you've already this option included in your license, always possible to add to your license later.

what program were the cabinets drawn in?

In this video we only used the standard format4 software for creating some programs, no CAD/CAM or cabinet software. The FixChip however can be integrated in numerous CAD/CAM software programs without any problems. F4nest can nest the panels perfectly and efficient with FixChip joiners in the material when right configured (options and parameters).
