@janmejaysingh1742 No formation can boss this one You don't seem to understand how it works Look with the the back 3 splits and defends while the 4 in the midfield diamond will create with the number 10 and 2 8's. No. 6 will just guard them They have wingers who'll stay wide and will not underlap because that's on the 8 and the number 10 can centrally play or overload on one interior. Doing all this they'll still have a striker to give pinpoint crosses and a number 10 himself to play one twos See you have 3 forwards who can easily press any defence and a 4 man midfield superiority against any team which plays 3 man attack either they'll have less in midfield or less in defense if they are not playing 3-4-3 Now to compensate with the defensive liability, without the ball, one of the no. 8s will insert as a lb or rb (depending on his strong side), and the other 8 along with the 6 will make a double pivot. The formation shifts to a 4-2-3-1. See, you have your wingers now defending the flanks instead of pressing and the number 10 and number 9 still in the sweet spot. They don't have to sacrifice their roles hence they are still a threat and will occupy 2-3 of opposition players The opposition's three forwards will always struggle because in the first scenario, the wingers have to track back to counter the number 8s' movement, and in the second one they will be trapped against higher numbers The striker will have a nightmare because at first he was pinned by the 6 and the sweeper cb and next he was surrounded in a box of double pivot and 2 cbs. So opposition will need more men to attack and create. This will be dangerous if my team counterattacks as we'll shift to 3-4-3 again with very less movements as the number 10 and 9 are already through

i think the same as it is the best way to utilise our midfielders as we have both quality and quantity in the midfield Camavinga , Tchouameni, Valverde , Bellingham, Arda , Cebalos , Brahim , Nico Paz... but papa Perez has been busy in searching full backs also Don Carlo prefers a 4-3-3 in my 3-4-3 CBs - alaba , rudiger , Militao ( 2 have ACL right now ☠️ ) preferred Midfield - Camavinga , Tchouameni, Valverde , Bellingham Valverde on the right hand side Cama on the left hand side + they both have a lot of stamina Tchouameni Our DM also can shoot outside from the box Bellingham can join the attack as an AM Forwards - Vini , Which ever striker Madrid can buy , Rodrygo

This formation is very difficult to achieve coz this can be easily disorganised in defensive transitions. Your both the 8s gotta be very hard working and in the counter attack from opposition team,since your wide areas are exposed and your wide cbs are constantly in duels with wingers, u gotta have tough cbs hard to beat and the cb in ths middle and your gk should be very good on the ball and press resistant. In modern day, only city could play this( in ucl final 2023 vs inter but not this season coz their midfield isnt strong enough after gundo leaving). Only coach who used this system frequently and got results was johan cruyff.

Back 3 is kind of formation every team adopting. And if its in diamond that will always helpful for sudden counter attack.
