when/where did you track josh Allen and why do you think no one saw that 63mph number and took a shot at the d1 level out of high school?

We started tracking Velo for QBs 3 years ago so it was after he was already in the NFL but we did pull it from his HS tape. My guess would be he was just missed. He didn’t play the top competition and even with 4 “legacy” recruiting services players will be missed. I also think recruiting has continued to grow every year. I don’t know that we will see a Josh Allen again. Lastly, I think some of the miss was likely bc he was just wildly inaccurate in high school as well. So doesn’t matter how hard you can throw it if you can throw it to your WR. - Matt
