The BlackStars have (SOP). The Standard of Operation must be revised and must be followed 100%. The FA is not part of the SOP. No political affiliation or the FA can manipulate the SOP. The coach went out to the 2202 world cup without tact. We need leadership and commitment. Moroccans are doing what we knew we could have done better. The funs went up there to cheer their beloved team; motherland (Ghana) but they shut off abruptly. The lack of leadership and guidance to lead the team to win matches made our cheerleaders stopped cheering suddenly. The coaches and the captains did not do their job very well. This same man lambasted CK when he started fumbling. There's one thing we should know when new coaches are appointed , There's this zeal from the players to perform so as to impress. And that always shows in the first and second games they play. CK did so well in his initial games that we castigated Appiah as not doing so well. Then after many games we Ghanaians started our usual rantings, simply because the performance wasn't "the best". Calls were made to have him changed so that we could qualify for the Afcon. As usual Milo came in and the usual impressing performance of the players saw us "qualify". After 3 or 4 matches, diminishing returns set in. Bad performance at the Afcon and a qualifying game against Nigeria for World cup saw a spirited performance from the Black Stars players with the care taker coach, Otto Addo. What has the story been then. My humble suggestions though First let's have a committed team. A team. A team that's dedicated and a ready to die for the nation . We shouldn't monetize them. This team should include both the handlers(gfa)and the technical team(coaches). The current crop of playerscan be used as the basis. A plan then carefully drawn as what Ben Kuofie did. Enough of these critics. When we criticise a lot , we fail to perform. To.me I feel we build a more solid team from this. When the foundation is strong little will be required of a coach. On the part of a coach too, we need a more robust and a disciplinarian. A tactical and a disciplined one will build the team that is needed
