Yep, Logan was family friends with the newly elected prosecutor and was even let out of his unrelated DOC sentence early, by that newly elected prosecutor that year. There was SO much evidence that Logan bragged to Davis that was "overlooked"/(ignored), the Police weren't trying to arrest him. Also Kegan Kline helped Logan as well. Kline is bragging in DOC right now about how "he got away with it"! He's a sick Pedo as well as an Un-aliver of these 2 innocent girls, and should never get out of prison! Kline is the one that messaged one of the girls online and lured them to those trails, posing as someone else. Why aren't the others facing charges. It was said in the very beginning of this case that one of the suspects involved with this case, had "connections in high places, or was related to someone in high places" and that's why it took 5+ years to solve. Now we know who and who his connection was.

The only problem I see is they keep coming up with conspiracy theories on people who had an alibi and there was no evidence to link them and they are not the bridge guy because that is Richard Allen and it's his voice telling them girls to go down the hill so it's pretty insane when the evidence was clear enough for an entire jury to see he did it!

One of the frightening aspects of this case is how many people were suspected or rumored to have done this in such a small area. Just proves there are predators EVERYWHERE! Keep your children safe and ALWAYS be on alert!
@ginmar8134
@ginmar8134 7 күн бұрын
Most predators are in the family or are known to the family. The victims are NOT believed. Stop kidding yourself. If these little girls were alive, and accused somebody you cared about, it would be like all those southern churches where they make the _victim_ apologize and forgive the attacker. False confessions are common and detailed. They are common and the only thing that excludes them is DNA.
@WarriorBlood777
@WarriorBlood777 7 күн бұрын
Does it really prove that? Or could it prove the classical witch hunt mass psychosis? That anyone can become suspicious because of stories? Just keep it at evidence beyond a reasonable doubt. Based on 100% truthful sources, backed up by it. DNA for example (hard in this case btw). And even then in anyway or how, sooner or later, but thats my opinion, judgment day will come, because 10 out of 10 people die, so the killer(s) either way will be judged by God! "as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment".

Living in the area, a lot of the people they accused simply for being men who had some sort of connection to the girls. There is so much that was kept from the public that the secrecy led to a lot of allegations and conspiracies. I've heard everything from it was one of the girls dads trying to dodge child support, to it was the sheriff and the mayor who done it. The community of Delphi was shattered by the murder of those girls, and the way the case was handled. It's not much of a community anymore.

She also couldn't rule out three other guns tested and refused to show her video documentation to the jury after they requested to see it. And in his 'confession' RA says he did something to his gun on the bridge and that must be how the cartridge got to the crime scene, which is 500+ feet away from the bridge. That's one hell of an extractor mechanism. I wouldn't want to be holding that gun when I chamber a round. And his jackets were hanging in his closet for all the world to see, not dug up in his yard. Jackets which by the way probably 75% of the men of a certain age in rural Indiana own. I have one in navy blue and one in tan. Her daughter also spoke out on X about this and has nothing but glowing things to say about Ron Logan. Fifteen people called into the tipline to report Ron Logan for various reasons, including one exwho said she recognized him as Bridge Guy, and that he was violent and cruel and sexually deviant. His alibi does not clear him by the states pwn timline of the abduction and murders. One of two things could be true here. Either Logan gave Davis the information, or Davis already had the info and used the opportunity to frame Logan. All that's known for fact here is Davis gave police details of the murder. Other than his word, there's no evidence showing where he got those details from. It would be nice to see how the police ruled them both out.
@Precosint
@Precosint 12 күн бұрын
Good thinking, I haven’t seen many questioning that yet. Davis was incarcerated BEFORE the murders, so there wouldn’t be any easy way for him to know this (unless LE fed him the info). Also important to note: James Haas was Logan’s cell mate and he had some very strange info to share about Ron Logan. Info that corroborates what Davis tipped in. Also- the 3.11.17 FBI search warrant for RL’s property says that RL’s phone showed up in the geofence info as being at the crime scene right around the time that LG’s phone showed a headphone unplugged. Were they able to exclude Logan as a DNA contributor?

@@t.j.5044 Ricci Davis is from Huntingdon not Delphi had no previous or post connection to Logan. This was submitted to the tip line and followed up in May 2017. Ricci was incarcerated at the time of the murders and absolutely nowhere not even the ME reports mention BOXCUTTER. The health data matches the walk described. Animal hairs were collected from clothing at the crime scene. The detail of the wounds was unknown there was some speculation about neck injury post funeral not sure if it was online or if he would have access. The fact he thought he had got blood on LG is the most logical explanation as to why LG was naked and why her wounds were worse. The area with the animal bones exists and was seen by searchers along with rtv tracks. This would fit with him looking for somewhere to move the girls. Geofencing captured his phone in the crime scene area very late/early 13/14 I can't remember the exact time.

RL talk of animals and then animal hairs taken from the crime scene. If the prosecution wants me to believe Richard Allen's confessions with no specific details or context whilst in active psychosis I'm going to believe Ron Logan's more given nobody mentioned a boxcutter not even the ME as testified to at trial "it just came to him" It's logical and fits the actual handpicked evidence by the state that was allowed at trial and gives a clear explaination as to why LG was more brutal. The state can't have it both ways wanting people to believe their theory/evidence apply to Richard Allen but that exact same evidence 7years earlier doesn't apply to Ron Logan. I’ve asked that question so many times. My husband-def not a true crime person-has even taken an interest in this case. As an outsider, seeing all of the absolute bs the judge has done, he even says RA was railroaded. The biggest thing to us was Gull refusing to allow a third party defense. That really got me doubting the validity of the state’s case. Look back at FL vs Casey Anthony. Jose Baez absolutely dragged CA’s father. Said horrible, untrue things about him. But judge Perry allowed it. It is your right to have a defense, no matter how outlandish it may seem. Some of what RA’s defense offered (runes on the tree in blood) bit sketchy, but if that’s the defense they want to present, then it’s up to the jury to decide. The judge never allowed RA a defense. That alone was unconstitutional…and there were many other things about this case that were (and still ARE) worthy of appeal.

Including Rick Allen's psychosis-induced "confessions" (of SA of his granddaughter who didn't exist and shooting the girls in the back and burying them in a shallow grave, etc.), there was a confession of a man who said he was there when the crime happened and spit on one of the girls. He (Elvis Fields) asked LE if his DNA was found on the victim but he had a good explanation, would he still be in trouble. He confessed to his sister allegedly before the bodies were discovered, and also tried to give his sister his "blue jacket" and said he was in trouble and had to go away for a long time (then lawyered up). His sister had to go to a friend in Homeland Security to get anyone to pay attention; she was administered a polygraph, and the polygrapher and her daughter perished in an arson housefire.

What will happen if Richard Allen is found innocent? Will he ever be able to recover from what has been done to him?

I KNEW IT!!! The more and more I study criminal cases, the more and more I get infuriated! To me, it is 100% unethical and completely biased when the judge seated to hear the case gets to decide what is or is not allowed to be heard! We all know that the judges are totally aware of the cases and the opinions gathered on it by media and law enforcement gossip! This system already lacks proficiency as it is, and this just adds to the corruption in my opinion.

@@brianandrachelbrisson6039 absolutely!! Judges are typically for the State and the Defense rarely gets truly heard or believed. We literally have to prove our innocence beyond a reasonable doubt and thats not how u get justice for anyone

The Judge gave the prosecution every tool they needed to convict the defendant. Which would normally be a good thing, after all we want victims to have Justice, we want those guilty of heinous crimes to face appropriate consequences in such a way that either 1)If and when they return to being a member of society they are rehabilitated, humbled, grateful, respectful, decent contributing members of society that realizes and respects the value and cost of life and freedom. Or 2) They are never able to inflict pain or suffering or in any way harm another individual. However in this case, it was not a good thing. I would say that the conviction of Richard Allen was more than just incompetence by law enforcement, prosecutors, investigators, and the judge. At some point it became their objective and they worked together to make it happen. The objective should always have been to get justice for Abby and Libby, not to convict Richard Allen. Their objective was clear, why else would they send an innocent man to prison before he even stood trial?? Every American should be greatly disturbed and not just angry but PISSED that this could happen. The Judge tied the Defense's hands behind their backs, by not allowing them to present a strong case. Not allowing evidence in and not allowing them to present alternative suspects, suspects that all arguably had a more compelling nexus to the victims than Richard Allen had but I digress. The state did not have a strong case, nor did they present one. They did not meet their burden. What we know now from hearing from jurors, it is clear several of them were not certain Richard Allen was guilty. They had reasonable doubt, as any rational person would with what evidence or lack of evidence was presented. The point I'm trying to make, is there was many forces working to prosecute Richard Allen, but ultimately the Judge carries a majority of the responsibility for the outcome of this trial. Should there not be consequences for her actions? Is it possible or likely that she was acting in good faith and believed Richard Allen was guilty? Even if that was the case, she still failed to be impartial or have an open mind. It wasn't her job to determine if he was guilty or not. People make mistakes, even Judges, but here we are with an innocent man having lost everything and his freedom for years and still counting. This should have never happened and would have never happened if he had a fair trial. In conclusion, finally, if you think this is unacceptable, if you think this is a violation of rights, if you think this should never have happened, and if you are disgusted this could happen to an innocent man, I encourage you to make a difference and do your part. Today it happens to a man you don't know on the other side of the country, tomorrow it could be you or a loved one. Imagine Richard Allen was your child or your father, your brother. We cannot condone the corruption and abuse of power. We cannot allow our criminal justice system to remain this broken. I encourage anyone with intimate knowledge of this case and prosecution of Richard Allen, anyone who has examined the trial and court proceedings and had them under a microscope to go to www.in.gov/courts/ojar/jd-process/jqc-complaint/ and file a proper complaint against Judge Gull. She needs to be held accountable. Also write your Representatives in congress, write the Indiana state reps, write the governor of Indiana, write the President of the United States. And keep writing them. Tell them Americans are not going to stand for this, That we have drawn our line in the sand... And they are either for us or they are against us. We voted them into office, if they are not able or willing to do the job, they should not expect to keep it.

I’m glad this is finally out, but it should’ve happened several years ago!! Our justice system has major flaws and hopefully they’ll get it right and compensate RA!! The other trial that has MAJOR problems is the Idaho 4 case!! BK is innocent and he’s getting railroaded too!!

Really? The family started searching right away and then police showed up. It's possible he thought it would be safer to leave them there and say he wasn't home than it would be to risk trying to relocate them without getting caught. For all anyone knows, he may have started to move them but was forced to leave them because there wasn't enough time before people tarted searching. What's absurd is people thinking nothing could have prevented him from moving them and that if they were left there it must have been the plan all along. smh.

Facts 💯. Even a junior FBI Profiler would've told the county and state guys that if they would've asked at the beginning of the investigation. Instead, they went out there like a bunch of wild bucks, ruined evidence at the crime scene, and pinned the tail on RA out of lazy convenience. It's a total miscarriage of justice to RA, his family, and the two young girls (victims), including their loved ones.
