Former Dodger GM Dan Evans is a young baseball treasure - Ep. 565

Dodgers GM from 2001-2004 having a winning record each year, Dan Evans is a baseball lifer with a lot of life left ahead! He also was with the White Sox under HOFer Roland Hemond and later was a part of bringing future HOFer Adrian Beltre over to the #Mariners. We could have talked with Dan for hours and hours! He's got so much to talk about including not being the GM that traded Beltre since he knew he was watching one of the greats. He also was the GM who brought HOFers Duke Snider, Sandy Koufax, and #dodgers star Maury Wills back into being part of the organization.
Dan knows the history of the game and can see the future at the same time making him one of the most interesting interviews we've ever done on the podcast. Was he a little smug after the Dodgers lost 91 games the year after he was fired? We will let people judge for themselves ;)
