I look at an older white man who is sitting in a room full of political activist diversity hires discussing him being a part of a case that by any legal definition would be a stretch to prove and him thinking I got to get out of this clown show. And I probably should further point out that this is in late 2021. Covid mandates have lessoned across the US. But with that said, people weren't meeting face to face. So why did they meet in person and not use teleconference? I think the answer is simple. Nobody in that room wanted the meeting recorded. So while you are thinking Roy Barnes is acting noble and stoic, question why he even met with them at all. Based on his testimony he could have told them no over the phone. No, I suspect he was initially on board, saw the layout of the case, realized it was a sham at best, and bailed before the seat got warm.

It always make me laugh when I see someone in a suit and tie with all types of pens and notepaper in their chest pockets. Always ready to take notes or sign something.

Regardless of DA Willis's poor choice. Do these people think they are going to trip Gov Barnes? This is priceless...

WOW what a Torpedo to FANI and her Team! I can't blame this Gentleman, Former Governor, and Esteemed Professional Lawyer, for wanting to keep himself and more so his family SAFE, by turning down the Offer to Be Her Special Prosecutor in this highly contentious case!

Photo opportunity. He contributed nothing really. Said that fanny asked him to get on board and he said no. Couldn’t remember when it was that she asked. Did his share of tooting his own horn.

He actually did it blows a whole in their theory that she seeked wade for personal gain. When in fact he might have been one of the only few options.

Proves that fani was interested in hiring someone competent to win this case and she didn't just hire wade willy nilly for kickbacks..or whatever the defendant wade is claiming. Wade has flipped two trump lawyers in this case already so he's doing good.

I can totally see why this man spent so many years in politics. A very well spoken and likable man.

Fani, Barnes all talk about how scared they were to try this case, so where is Fani and Wade's Security teams, why aren't they being questioned? Did they take their security on vacation with them?

It's fantastic to see important figures like former Georgia Governor Roy Barnes actively participating in judicial processes. Their involvement in hearings like the one led by Fani Willis really highlights the significance of civic duty and the role of experienced leaders in shaping our understanding of legal and political matters. It's a great reminder of the value of experienced voices in important discussions! 🌟👏🏛
