I could give several reasons. Some political in nature. Others legal. But I think when it comes right down to it, the more evidence allowed and the more testimony given the least likely Fani Willis will have a argument for appeal. And he may even be given the Bar Association ammo for a decision to disbar her. And I'll be honest. I do think that is where this is going. Both her and Wade will probably lose their law license. And as for Wade, I suspect whatever office he is attached to is just waiting for the dust to settle to dismiss him from the firm. Both of these two are probably done practicing law in Georgia.

I look at it a bit differently. I look at an older white man who is sitting in a room full of political activist diversity hires discussing him being a part of a case that by any legal definition would be a stretch to prove and him thinking I got to get out of this clown show. And I probably should further point out that this is in late 2021. Covid mandates have lessoned across the US. But with that said, people weren't meeting face to face. So why did they meet in person and not use teleconference? I think the answer is simple. Nobody in that room wanted the meeting recorded. So while you are thinking Roy Barnes is acting noble and stoic, question why he even met with them at all. Based on his testimony he could have told them no over the phone. No, I suspect he was initially on board, saw the layout of the case, realized it was a sham at best, and bailed before the seat got warm.

The Trump clowns have proven nothing. I saw confidence in the intelligent and law abiding Fani Willis. We will NEVER get rid of the haters and racisim! Fani Willis is hated by many simply because she's black. Jealousy plays a big part as well. I applaud Fani. Trump should be charged with TREASON! Trump was recorded asking for votes to be found so he could win the election. As usual he was caught and does not want to be held accountable. Fani has done nothing improper to be removed from the case. Trump has already been found guilty of sexual assault and fraud. His character is befitting a mob boss or gangster. Fani good testimony! You put those Trump clowns in their place! Strong black women that are passionate about justice, Letitia James, Fani Willis and Chutkin! I'm so very proud of them and their love for our America! One nation under GOD, with liberty and justice for all! Trump does not seek justice and he has no love for the United States of America!!!! Vote Blue! Kudos to Fani Willis!

Fanny Willis is incompetent. She did not even know what it means to be a hostile witness. Any trial lawyer knows that. It doesn't mean you are violent and out of control on the witness stand. This is an embarrasment to the legal community.

This guy is so praised as a great and fair warrior of truth and professionalism as a great lawyer but the one main thing they want to know he didn't bother to look up before he came and then when asked if he could get the info instead of saying hell ya let me make a quick call he says oh i will do whatever the court asks. What a phony. I am not fooled by him.

It is pleasant to watch civilized people talking to each other, without showing anger, calling names, accusing everybody of being crooked. Looking at Trump and listening to him when he throws his tantrums like an angry toddler makes my blood boil, I can't understand that NO-ONE so far told him (in public, at a TV show, or at a court hearing) that it's not all about him, there are rules of 'decency', showing respect for each other even if one does not agree with the other. Just thinking about him gives me migraine

It's fantastic to see important figures like former Georgia Governor Roy Barnes actively participating in judicial processes. Their involvement in hearings like the one led by Fani Willis really highlights the significance of civic duty and the role of experienced leaders in shaping our understanding of legal and political matters. It's a great reminder of the value of experienced voices in important discussions! 🌟👏🏛
