No we don’t live in a wild town it was something that no one could have ever imagined Kevin Mullins was a good man but there were rumors going around for years BUT there has never been proof on any of the rumors. Kevin loved the county & the people in it. He done all he could for anyone he could. Those fighting addiction Kevin & Mickey joined together to help them. Some came out and are fighting everyday to stay clean & others just went back to the drugs. Mickey was literally the best sheriff Letcher County ever had he cared for Letcher County and the people in it. He would go above and beyond for the people. If they couldn’t get out and get food he delivered it to them. If he knew those that struggled and couldn’t buy food Mickey made sure they didn’t go hungry. Letcher County loved and respected Kevin & Mickey both. I don’t know what transpired that day in the Judges chambers but Mickey wound never go to this extent unless it was very serious

How in the world are you captured on video doing the deed and then claim you’re not guilty?? And not some grainy, dark video that’s difficult to see and difficult to make out who’s who but one that’s most excellent to see who’s doing what to whom. What a coward the sheriff must be… even someone in his position is afraid to be held accountable and responsible for his actions! 🤦‍♀️
